Why I designed my own method
I practice and facilitate The Breath Reset because it's the method that best integrates science, accessibility, and the depth of work I want to do with my clients.
What is The Breath Reset
A method I designed by taking the ancestral wisdom of pranayama and combining it with modern neuroscience. It combines:
- Rhythmic breathing: cycles synchronized with music at a specific rhythm
- Breath retention: controlled apnea periods with documented effects on stress and cellular recovery
- Music and rhythm: designed to support specific nervous-system states
- Body movement: gestures and postures that direct energy
How it differs
vs. intense hyperventilation protocols
The Breath Reset uses a more gradual and controlled rhythm, more accessible for people without prior experience.
vs. traditional pranayama
I integrate contemporary neuroscience and music designed for the state being sought. It's pranayama for the modern world.
vs. Conventional meditation
It gives the nervous system something concrete to do, like rhythm, music, or movement. That makes it more accessible when the mind "can't quiet down."
Who it's especially useful for
- Leaders and executives who need sustainable performance
- People in burnout who don't respond to conventional meditation
- Entrepreneurs seeking mental clarity and flow states
